Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your JVA pieces as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we offer both returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags still attached

• Returned within 14 days of delivery

 

Please note:

• We do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed faulty or does not fit.

• Sale items and promotional purchases are final and cannot be returned.
  

 

To start a return, email us at jevousaime.au@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return and we can get this fixed up for you as soon as possible!
